“When we towel drying a spill on the linoleum floor. The floor was VERY dirty!”

“Staff was great - really helpful. Breakfast was adequate, would have liked some more options over our four night stay. Beds were pretty firm - a little uncomfortable. Pillows were cheap and thin. The room and the common areas were exceptionally clean. I didn't care for the dogs that are allowed there.”

“We loved this place! It was clean, very nice, and had a very private feel! The community kitchen/lounge area was really nice and clean. Self check in and out was extremely easy!!! We will stay here again and highly recommend it to any and everybody. A++++++”

“Quaint hotel in a historic building. Nice upgrades in rooms and very clean. Virtual front desk was easy with very fast response time via text messages. Close to lakefront and Cathedral Square Park. Would stay again.”
