“We have stayed at white elephant for years. This year we were disappointed by staff and the room. We had to call multiple times to get our room cleaned and more towels. We had dinner reservations “booked” ahead of time by the concierge and then got to the restaurants and was told by didn’t have anything booked for us. When I went back and showed the concierge the email exchange where they had confirmed the reservations, there was not really a resolution. I had asked in advance if we needed...
