Upon finding this detail out as I arrived at the hotel, it was quite the disappointing experience that cannot be matched by having an on site host. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter.
