“Perfect for me traveling solo. The place was extremely clean. The towels were soft. The sheets were soft. The bed was extremely comfortable. “Great room /location / property. Lee has a beautiful home & this is nicer than any hotel room available. It does not have a full kitchen (nor is that advertised), but the mini fridge & microwave are adequate for shorter stays. We stayed 3 nights & would certainly return for same amount of time in future. Grounds are meticulously manicured & boardwalk to Sound is equally inviting for sunsets or just to watch the kiters!”

“We had so much fun at this property! I felt like it was perfect because we had a washer and dryer, so it was great for washing clothes for our baby (we traveled with a 7 month old). I liked that there were 2 bathrooms, and the bedrooms were extremely spacious! This didn’t really bother us, but keep in mind that the location isn’t right on the beach. “We absolutely loved the cabana and the personnel at Wtermen’s retreat! From check in to dining and the water sports offered, all were nothing short of spectacular! We had a blast at our cabana and the beach was a short walk away. The food at the restaurant was fabulous and the sunsets were freaking awesome! “Our stay was amazing! Our unit was so clean and comfortable! Everything we needed for our stay was there and the communication with the host was outstanding. They responded within less than 30 mins. “My Husband and I stayed at Waterman's Retreat over Christmas and had a lovely time. The apartment was spacious, stylish, and clean and centrally located in the villages. Management was responsive and easily accessible, and having REAL Watersports just across the street was super convenient with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend staying with Waterman's”
