“The roach problem was discovered on our first day at the motel. The bedding was clean but the mattress sucked. Cleaning was done only at a cursory level. Once 11:00 am rolled around, the attitude of the staff changed from bad to worse; like they couldn’t wait to see you leave. Granted, if you had a problem that would have you stay longer and gives them more money, they would begrudgingly work with you, but only so far. Then they just call the police on you. “Room was good, staff is a different story. The best ones were the few dealt with when we checked. The older Hispanic lady was the rudest of the bunch with how she was supposed to do room service she would only ask us what we need and tell us to put the dirty towels on the cart for her”

“Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. ”

“Property was beautifully maintained, helpful staff and cozy rooms! We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant, and enjoy continental breakfast. Highly recommend, will definitely be back. ”

“Safe was exceptionally kind and responsive. There was a small issue with the room which the team addressed immediately - even though everyone was very busy - the hotel was sold out that night. The brunch at the on-site restaurant was phenomenal. A great stay. Will be back.”
