“Lovely place to stay with beautiful views of farm land surrounding this big house that has everything you need for a vacation stay. We were attending a national dog show at the Robert’s Center and we were very happy to enjoy this property with our dogs. Host was very responsive when we couldn’t get the garage door shut one day. Highly recommend!”

“Host was very responsive to any question we had and more than accommodating. As for the house itself nice location super clean comfy beds and couch basically new inside including appliances floors etc. little old style enamel sinks and decor. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay. ”

“We came up to Dayton for a family reunion and we normally stay at hotel. We decided to try a house this year and we are so glad we found this place. It was perfect for our family. The house was so pretty and beautifully decorated inside. It was very clean and they had everything we possibly could have needed and more. Our family drinks a lot of water and I was thinking we were going to have to go out a buy bottle water but they had a 5 gallon water that was available and some cold bottled water....

“ Our teenaged grandchildren were wowed and asked us how we found such a fabulous place! The bedrooms had character. One had a whirlpool tub. The beautiful and impressive main staircase banisters were imported from England, but the grandchildren were equally intrigued by the back staircases the servants had used.The grounds were nice as well. You felt the history. There was a farm implement from the 1800s that had a bush growing around it, intertwining it. ”

“Similar to a landlord special of quick patch work and fresh paint, as though the owner did just enough to make it look presentable without giving the home any sense of comfort. The house wasn't necessarily dirty but it definitely hadn't been thoroughly cleaned recently, with a thin layer of dust on the surfaces and spider webs in the corners. The kitchen was missing a few things like a coffee maker and a toaster. The bedrooms had no furniture such as vanities, dressers, etc. Us guys didn't mind...
