Splendida baita per famiglie vi aspetta in questo ambiente di montagna privato. Situato a soli 30 minuti da Asheville nella pittoresca cittadina di Waynesville con il suo pittoresco centro. Convenientemente vicino a The Biltmore House, Cattaloochee Ski Resort, The Blue Ridge Parkway, Harrah's Cherokee Casinos, Smokey Mountain National Forest e molto altro.

Questa splendida baita di 3 piani di 2200 piedi quadrati è dotata di tutto il necessario per una fantastica vacanza in montagna. La cabina è dotata di una cucina completamente attrezzata per soddisfare tutte le esigenze di cottura e una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Abbiamo 3 camere da letto e 4 bagni completi e possiamo ospitare comodamente fino a 10 (fino a 6 adulti più bambini). Un piano piano aperto offre ampio spazio per famiglie numerose. La camera familiare offre un camino a gas, una grande TV e un lettore DVD e si apre sulla grande veranda sul dorso della sedia a dondolo privata con zona pranzo all'aperto dove è possibile sedersi e rilassarsi tutto il giorno godendosi la cascata nel cortile sul retro e il pozzo del fuoco. Entrambi nuovi nel 2017. Nella camera da letto principale, godetevi un letto king size, TV, bagno privato con ampia cabina doccia e accesso al portico privato. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera dispone di 2 letti estraibili adatti per ospitare comodamente 2 adulti o 4 bambini. La terza camera ha anche il proprio bagno privato con combinazione vasca / doccia. Al piano inferiore ti godrai una grande sala giochi con un tavolo da biliardo di dimensioni standard, una grande TV, un lettore DVD, vari giochi da tavolo, PlayStation Wii con giochi e un'ottima selezione di film. La sala giochi offre anche un divano-letto a una piazza e mezza e un bagno completo. Wifi e cavo sono disponibili in tutta la cabina.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of this cabin the cleanliness the property had everything that we needed. There was a lot of back porch sitting and looking at the trees filling the breeze below. It was absolutely beautiful. I’m definitely booking this again.

We had a wonderful visit for Thanksgiving 2024. My family enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace & watching football, playing pool and making s’mores. The house is very clean and has everything you need. Check-in was easy. The owners responded quickly to my questions. We look forward to visiting again soon. The legend of Pable Esco-bear was started on this trip! 😂 Highly recommended!

We absolutely love this place. It was clean, cozy and peaceful. The cabin was immaculate and stocked with all you could need. The waterfalls in the backyard were amazing. We spent a lot of our time there enjoying our own little piece of paradise. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We have stayed at several cabins and this one is so well done in all areas! Extremely clean and organized! It is nicely decorated to make it inviting but not cluttered. Very organized and lots of accommodating details in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area.

What a beautiful home with beautiful views! We had everything we needed with plenty of space for everyone. It was also amazing to witness a thunderstorm come through from the extra long balcony. Definitely would stay again!

We spent 8 beautiful nights in the cabin, everything we needed was already in the cabin. The kids enjoyed a lot the pool table and my wife and myself the balcony. Very quite place to get disconnected and spend family time.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back very soon! The cabin is very beautiful and had every thing we needed plus some! While we were there my daughter’s boyfriend proposed to her at the beautiful waterfalls in the back yard! It was such a special trip for my family!

This is an amazing cabin! They have truly thought of everything and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the cabin (ex. smore welcome basket, fresh flowers, stocked keurig, charging cords by beds). We loved our time here and would not hesitate to book again when we return to this area. It was just fabulous!

We had a fantastic time. The house is the most well equipped, well thought out VRBO we've ever stayed at. The owners added very sweet extra touches as well. We loved the fire pit, the waterfall, the game room, and basically everything! Only bad thing was we didn't schedule a long enough stay. 😊

Black Bear Falls was an incredibly relaxing vacation spot. Beautiful, quiet, very homey and welcoming. Absolutely loved the waterfall sounds. Exceptionally clean. It is a wonderful vacation spot and getaway. Even though it is up on a mountain, there is so much to do within a short distance in any direction or just sit and relax in a rocking chair on the covered back porch.

The property was absolutely beautiful, even more so than the pictures. It was exceptionally clean. My daughter was having a birthday and the owners went out of their way to have balloons and a cake in the fridge for us. They also had candles and goodies in a basket for my other child as well. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans etc. There was even a terrific selection of coffees for the Keurig. We could not have imagined a better stay. The landscaping is phenomenal and we loved the time we spent by the waterfalls and fire pit. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again next time in the area!

We had a great long weekend in the North Carolina mountains. The house was everything we wanted, and the hosts were very accommodating. Close to the parks and Asheville. High speed internet in the woods was a major plus. Beautiful yard with outstanding waterfall feature!

We spent a week in this nice mountain cabin with all the comforts of home. The view from the back balcony is amazing, and it overlooks the waterfalls and fire pit in the back yard. We built fires and made s'mores, enjoyed the landscape lighting along the path, and just got to hang out in the mountain air. The downstairs game room was lots of fun with its pool table and board games. Our son loved having his own floor up top. We couldn't ask for better accomodations for the trip. Thank you!

Celebrated our 40th anniversary. What a great location. Could sit and listen to the waterfall all day and night. Short ride into Waynesville for restaurants and shops. Pretty much perfect, should have planned to stay the week.

We had the best time at this property. There was so much room for the families and the kids absolutely loved the house. The weather was gorgeous so we were able to go outside and admire the waterfall and take a short walk. Great location and so much to do locally as well as just enjoy the features of the home and breathtaking view. We hope to return again!!

This is a beautiful home. Cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to cook in. Too much "wonderfulness" to name. We would definitely stay here again. The owner made my birthday special with some little extras. Loved it!!
