“We arrived and checked in properly, that’s where the positives end for this property. Upon the property manager showing us our room she had a sticky note on the thermostat which stated “do not change “ in bold letters. The temperature in our 2nd floor room was 79, not hateful but it escalated to 83 by 6 pm. I then sent a message to the manager indicating our frustration and wanted immediate attention. She provided 2 options, a fan or installation of a window unit. She continually indicated...

Broken chair outside.Outdoor steps and deck need paint. Broken bed frame in upstairs bedroom. Broken swing glider. No BBQ. Just some kind of hot plate that is rusting. No A/C.
