“Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. Once I got hold of them it was very pleasant and easy, couldn’t be happier with the property management and the way they took care of me. The apartment is a converted basement, but very cozy and...

“My only complaint is that I was unaware that this was a basement apartment in the host's house, and they actually lived upstairs. This is actually a big thing though because one of the main reasons I go though VRBO is that there aren't supposed to be on site hosts, and we wanted the privacy. But the rooms were nice and clean, and the hot tub was nice, but again it wasn't private.”
