Lovely Smoky Mountains Retreat in Waynesville

This fabulous Smoky Mountains retreat is the ideal nature getaway. Vacations here will be a fantastic experience as guests will have direct access to some outstanding areas of natural beauty.



The cottage features one bedroom and one bathroom and can accommodate four glampers comfortably. In the bedroom, glampers will find a plush queen bed, while the living area has a full sofa bed for additional glampers. In the bathroom, there is a sink, a toilet, and a shower. Linen and towels are provided by the hosts.



After an adventurous day exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, glampers can relax and unwind in the cozy living area. There is a 50-inch flat-screen Smart TV and a fireplace, as well as WI-Fi, meaning glampers can catch up on their favorite TV shows or watch action-packed movies while the fireplace sets the mood.



The fully-equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances to make cooking a breeze, including a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffeemaker. There is a dining table that seats four. Other amenities include air conditioning, central heating, a washer/dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi.



Outside, the covered deck is the perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the surrounding wilderness. Here, glampers can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the outdoor sofas, or fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout. There is an additional deck with seating, as well as four Adirondack chairs set along the babbling brook.



The hosts require a $100 pet fee that is taxable at a rate of 7% for state tax and 4% for tourism tax.



The hosts require proof of up-to-date vaccines on any pet staying and they allow only one dog of up to 30 pounds. The hosts request that dogs be walked only in a designated area of the property. If left unattended in the cottage, pets must be crated. If outside of a cottage anywhere on the property, the dog must be leashed. Wastes must be collected and placed in a trash can behind the cottage. Any damage caused by a pet it is the responsibility of the owner.
