♥ RARO Romantic Hideaway COTTAGE nel cuore degli Smokies.

✔ Ambiente montano tranquillo e privato. Cottage splendidamente rinnovato a meno di due minuti dall'ingresso Blue Ridge.
Situato in "Walker in the Hills", un quartiere affermato appena fuori Waynesville, tra vecchi boschi di latifoglie a una fresca 3200 piedi. Questa è una casa in stile cottage in un ambiente molto privato e tranquillo. Ascolta il torrente dal ponte posteriore.
Raccogli verdure ed erbe fresche dal giardino e preparale nella cucina appena ristrutturata che include nuovi elettrodomestici e piastrelle italiane importate. Per dare un cenno ai nostri artigiani locali, abbiamo aggiunto splendidi ripiani in lastre dal vivo e in acero!
Posizione:
nella splendida contea di Haywood che contiene una qualche forma di acqua entro 1/4 di miglio da qualsiasi luogo, foreste di latifoglie, parco nazionale, foreste nazionali e la Blue Ridge Parkway e miglia di sentieri.
Il nostro cottage è in una posizione ambita a meno di un miglio dall'ingresso Blue Ridge Ridge Parkway ed è in una posizione centrale perfetta. Dista 7 minuti dal centro storico di Waynesville, 30 minuti da Asheville, 30 minuti dal casinò Cherokee di Harrah e Cherokee Indian Reservation, facile accesso a
pisgah, nantahala, Great Smokey Mountain National Forest e Appalachian Trail.
L'accesso al cottage è molto facile su strade asfaltate e dolci pendenze che anche una Prius può raggiungere senza sforzo.

Accoglienti camere da letto con lampadari antichi nel maestro. Abbiamo fatto una pazzia con nuovi materassi. Naturalmente abbiamo aggiunto protezioni per materassi e cuscini per proteggerci da allergie, acari della polvere e cimici dei letti.
Incredibili lenzuola e piumini di lusso.
Siamo orgogliosi di una proprietà perfettamente pulita.

Una vasca da bagno / doccia completa, piccola, ma goditi i grandi e soffici asciugamani Liz Claiborne.

The cottage was clean, cozy, and the heat worked well. The hosts came and blew off the porches, which was nice. We were disappointed that there was no patio heater because it was just broken. That was a big selling point of the cottage because the outside treehouse setting was something we were looking forward to but without the heater it was too cold to sit outside and enjoy the sounds of the creek. Overall it was a great stay and located so close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. I would definitely recommend.

Anna and Dave’s cottage is sweet. A beautiful fall get away for hiking and visiting our daughter. Plus the town is very quaint and offers a variety of artsy stores. The Woodstove was a bonus and the kitchen was well supplied for cooking. Unfortunately our stay was short, maybe another time. The host was excellent for any questions and very kind to let us return to retrieve a forgotten jacket;)

I’m sorry to say that the description and pictures did not mach the home. The “treehouse deck” was ok but the path to it needed lighting, it was so full of fallen branches we would have had to clean it first and the string lights didn’t work. The deck on the back of the house was in the same condition so we could not enjoy anytime outside. The inside of the house was ok though there was no room in the bathrooms for toiletries, the pans in the kitchen were very old and the TV was incredibly small. The whole house felt very old and stale smelling. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were great but overall I believe we were severely overcharged for what we received and were expecting. I have stayed in VBRO’s in my travels through the states and have never had to leave a negative review.

Cute Cottage

This little cottage was the perfect place for my husband and I. It felt like home away from home. Close to town, but far enough off the main road to be quiet. It was especially relaxing sitting outside listening to the stream.

Great location

Easy drive to house. No steep hills Nice flat driveway. Nice quiet area. Close to many activities. Just a 40-minute drive to Asheville and 40 minutes to Smoky Mountain National Park.

Adorable Corrage

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable cottage. Overall very spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen, comfy bedding, nice location close to downtown Waynseville. We absolutely LOVED the outdoor seating over the creek.

Absolutely beautiful home

I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful cozy home. The private deck down below with chairs and lights (and heater) is amazing!! The neighborhood is beautiful as well - I stayed alone and felt very safe. Love the location between Waynesville and Maggie valley.

The neighborhood and the house were everything you could ask for in the wooded, country setting just outside Waynesville and a hop skip and a jump from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Charming spot, two wonderful decks with a tree house feel!

Sweet mountain home tucked into the treetops

Wonderful private location, but didnt feel 'unsafe' as a single female; beautiful kitchen- had anything I might need; great bedding, would be fun for winter stay as well. Close enough to town but still offered private 'forest' experience. Everything was very clean and orderly. Platform deck overlooking the creek was PERFECT for music and cocktail, as well as quiet reflection time. Great choice for a 'sabbath' spot or time with friends. Easy check in and out; got everything I needed from host with ease. Highly recommend.

Cute, Cozy, Clean and Convenient

This adorable cabin was the perfect spot for my friend and I to relax and visit. It felt away-from-it-all and secluded, yet Walker-in-the-Hills is so convenient. Other cabins and homes nestled in nearby woods make for a safe and friendly community. And, very quiet! Kitchen is complete including spices. Requests or questions were quickly handled by the hosts. If you arrive after dusk, the front security light does pop on, so that’s helpful. Wood burning stove and fireplace are great touches, but furnace alone kept us plenty toasty during a beautiful fall weekend. Lovely views out the many windows! Cute, cozy place!

Perfect cottage

Myself and my wife returned to visit Waynesville/Maggie Valley for a quick getaway after moving away from the area 26 years ago. The cottage was perfect for us. It’s in a quiet area and close to Maggie Valley, Cherokee and parkway. It’s a clean and comfortable house and had everything we needed for our stay. Anna and David responded to questions very quickly

Nicely updated and very well furnished

Great location to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Smokey Mountains made this cozy cottage the perfect place for us to stay. Enough parking for our truck and tailer with our Harley. This was a great location to take off on rides either way on the Blue Ridge. October is a beautiful month in the area. We would chose this location again.

A quiet retreat

The house made a nice get-away for our family, in a quiet little neighborhood but not far from a main road, so we had easy access to Asheville as well as views and hikes off the Blue Ridge Parkway. We did bring a cot so our sons (teens) wouldn't have to share a bed, but the couch was also big enough for one of them to sleep on. The modern kitchen was particularly nice for us, as we do like to cook when staying at a house rental!
