“Hot tub was cold. Room was very musty. She Took forever to get checked in. Front desk person on his phone the entire time I was wanting help. My 13 year old felt very unsafe. ”

“I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! ”

“Our suite was horrendous! For the money we paid there should not have been fruit flies a massively stained couch dirt all over the floor spelled coffee when we first got in there it was gross! The waterpark was OK, but there were kids running around in diapers that were not meant to be in the pool, the bar staff at the Mississippi Grill were so rude and oddly enough they ran out of cheeseburgers, which is not my biggest complaint, but I find that really weird the noise and the level of...

“The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet.”
