“The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken and this was an inconvenience also we received a strange text from corporate at about 8 am prompting us to go to an online checkout and tell them when we would be leaving. This is not the way to treat a guest. They should not send this message.”

“Sugar Creeek Inn and Suites was a good hotel. It was clean and the people working there were very helpful. The pool was clean and refreshing. It is located near the highway and it was easy to access activities in all directions. The room smelled a little musty, but overall it was clean, friendly and a good value for the price.”

“I came in from Texas and it was a long trip. The location was further in than I expected but when I arrived it was nice. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell punch that hit me in my face as soon as I walked in. I understand its also a casino but it wasn't pleasant at all. I don't smoke. Everything else was good. My room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the Rez restaurant was great. Thank you for a great stay.”
