“When we checked into the room, we found no hangars were in the closet. We asked for some from several different staff members and didn't receive any for two days. The seat on the toilet in our room was severely misaligned. One of our friends also staying at the hotel in a different room, .tripped over a rug in the lobby directly in front of the reception desk, manned by a hotel staff member. “As far as quality, service, cleanliness, and pause the experience goes I gave it 100 across the board. Staff was great, breakfast was above and beyond, and there are only two things I would have changed about our three night stay here. I have back problems and most hotel beds are extremely uncomfortable, that definitely applied to this hotel which made me feel like my back was breaking in the middle of the night (My teenagers of course have zero issues here and found it very comfortable) And...
