“ITS ALL ABOUT THE STAIRS. We are both in our 80s, and while this is a very nice B&B, most would mention that the room is on the second floor. 6 steps on the front porch, then 18 stairs to the second story. Coffee and a packaged roll, no fruit.”

“Our hotel stay provided an excellent breakfast,with many hot & cold foods to satisfy your empty stomach. Our rooms were also cleaned every day,and were very spacious and well equiped for those that chose to cook their own food. A large bed,air conditioning & a clean modern bathroom were also very much appreciated,and it's only a 5 minute walk to the "T" subway. Ive had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all friends and family who may choose to holiday in Boston.”

“The Airport/City shuttle Is extremely useful. Rooms clean but very expensive compared to the position and to the property conditions. Rich breakfast. Vey poor options for nearby dining venues (Just a bowling pub in front of the hotel, with low-quality food and not so safe at night)”

“We've stayed at this hotel many times over the past several years as we have family in the area. The hotel is starting to look "tired" and in need of a refresh. The AC in our room was very noisy - sounded like we were at the beach and had waves crashing up against the shore. The bathroom sink was missing the drain plug. The AC appeared to not be working in the hallways and lobby area. The breakfast was pretty much standard fare for "breakfast included" offerings although there were days with no...

“Incredibly clean, exactly what I paid for and more. Rooms have great privacy, are well kept, and have HVAC that regulates room temp well. Excellent customer service, was easily able to contact property managers to discuss personal accommodations and they were more than happy to help. Could not recommend this place enough for an affordable stay in Boston. Easy to get into the city as the station is just a quick walk from the property (and a safe walk at night).”
