“We were put in a room by a huge barking dog that I could smell. It was so gross! Complaining about the barking the staff moved us up tp floor 2, that was pleasant. ”

“We stayed on April 18th overnight. The check in was super fast, friendly, and smooth. We arrived early but instead of waiting for the room assigned to us, the clerk quickly found a room that was ready and checked us in. The room smelled clean and looked very clean :). The only issue we had was our room faced the pool on the first floor, and they must have been hosting a kids party because the pool area was packed with kids and was super loud. “Room was pretty clean, it was a comfortable temperature when we checked in, gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was good in the morning and the muffin I had was fresh. I paid a good price for the room.”

“You can tell they are working on the building but I booked this hotel thinking the sauna and hot tub worked they did not the beds where hard and we ended up leaving early after we ate cold biscuits and gravy for breakfast this was a present for my daughters 16th birthday and I let her down by picking this hotel ”
