“My non smoking room had pot smoke roll out when I opened the door. Others staying near me were freely smoking pot in front of their rooms and around the corners. My frig and microwave were supposed to be in my room but were non-existent. Wifi didn't work...I had to do work and wasn't able to. TV only got local channels and only after the maintenance man effed with it for 15 mins. When I checked in the clerk tried to charge me $25 a night more than the Expedia price...I threatened to leave...

“The property was fine. The room was fine. The front desk was "OK" - They should consider brining in a quality vending company if they can't stock and keep a variety of snacks and beverages for sale in the lobby.
The free breakfast was basic. They offer a few hot items. Nothing impressive.
The room was clean. The shower was better than OK but not amazing. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and didn't make a lot of noise.
Overall I would stay here again.”

“1/5 – Checked in after car theft in Galveston, no phone or cards. Room phone dead. Owner demanded payment before noon Sunday despite crisis. Staff monitors cameras remotely and seemed scared. Was kicked out of lobby at 10pm Monday while waiting on emergency funds with my dog. "Under New Management" is misleading.”
