Cottage a Wedmore

“Host was lovely, friendly and approachable she made sure hot tub chemicals done daily and when we needed assistance with the tv she sorted immediately. All amenities were amazing an views and surroundind stunning.”

“The property is in a quiet cul de sac of the village. Note there are street lights in the cul de sac but none in the village. You need a torch. The place was clean. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen especially if you want to cook for yourself. The cottage is an ideal base for visiting the area with many attractions a short drive away. There is no where to eat within walking distance but the 2 local pubs are a short walk and the locals are very friendly. As we were there for a week...

“Short two day break, sadly the property is in need of some investment, beautiful quiet location and check in was easy however property had a number of issue from cleaning issues to larger ones.Bed very uncomfortableNo linen provided for sofa bed One oven not working at allcarpeted bathroom that was in need of replacement, damp around toilet and showermould around shower seals dirty shower headdirty towelsIn all we were left disappointed and left a night early, luckily it was only two hours from...

“ideal for two people. it was comfortable and clean close to all local areas would use cottage again”

“Very clean cottage and there is great view from backyard.”

“Bellissimo cottage con ampio giardino con barbecue immerso in un contesto fiabesco della campagna . Arredato e corredato con buon gusto ed estrema cura del dettaglio, i proprietari vi consegneranno un ambiente pulitissimo e tutto il necessario per la colazione con prodotti locali di altissima qualità! Preparatevi ad una vacanza da sogno fosse anche solo per una notte”

“The cottage was perfect for our needs and Vicki was a great host. We have a bit of a nervous doggy but Vicki kept her dogs out of the fenced area while we were there so there were no issues there. Loads of beautiful walks in the area, perfect for the doggo! The cottage has a great little kitchen with everything you need and the bedroom and bathroom are excellent.”

“Clean and immaculate property”

“Very quiet and quite private, especially as the owners were away. However their lovely friendly cat kept us company. Very good local small supermarket and petrol station within walking distance, also an excellent community cafe (the Market Kitchen). Comfortable bed, and even though the weather was v. hot it was quite cool in the cottage. Plenty of space for two, might have been a bit cramped for a family.”

“Wir haben in diesen vier Tagen beide Schlafzimmer und die Küche genutzt. Das Untergeschoss zur Straße war uninteressant. Die Heizung war entweder zu heiß oder war ganz aus, man konnte sie nicht regulieren. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind groß und hell, aber der Rest nicht wirklich.”

“A super well-loved cottage. You can sense the cottage was very well maintained with well equipped kitchen. We love the massive living room and board games downstairs and the bedrooms were lovely size. The beds were standard doubles so it was a bit tricky for my elderly parents to roll in bed but otherwise no complaint! A bit hard to find as it in the beginning was behind another cottage and Google got us a little lost but eventually able to find it. Could not recommend it enough. We absolutely...

“The property is stunning, and the views are fabulous! I also noticed that the beds are very comfortable, everyone slept well. Overall, we have had a brilliant stay. The only thing I would mention, is considering the amount of money spent, I was surprised with how much was asked of you to do before leaving as early as 10am, I also had an email saying don’t strip the beds, but a text message an hour before we have to be out, to say we did have to strip the beds? I would just make sure any text...

“Fabulous place, would highly recommend and visit myself again.Easy walk to get to a nice Pub for food, short drive/walk to Retail Park.Coastal drive into Weston Super Mare (5 minutes)”

“Spent the weekend here with friends for my birthday. Really lovely place, large and spacious...looks better than it did in the pictures. We loved the large kitchen and conservatory. It had all the amenities one would need. The property managers were very responsive via email and text. Our only let down was that the hot tub had broken down.”
