FEWO am Schwanseebad - Quiet, Safe and Beautiful

Welcome to Weimar, in the "FEWO am Schwanseebad", an idyllic and recently renovated holiday home in the immediate vicinity of the center.

Look forward to a pleasant and quiet domicile in the countryside in the culture and classic city of Weimar.

We offer a self-contained apartment on 2 floors with 3 separate bedrooms. Our domicile has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (140x200), a youth room with a bunk bed (90x200), study with a view of the countryside and high-speed WiFi with at least 250 Mbit/s.

In the living room you will find a 55'' UHD TV and dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with new fixtures including modern refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and microwave.

The bathroom has a shower, bath and a new washing machine (front loading).

There is also access to a spacious garden with benches and a sandpit.

In 2 minutes you can reach the next bus stop.

The historic center is only a 5-minute walk away

On request we are happy to offer you 2 bicycles for free rental. Please contact the landlord beforehand.

Shopping, fitness and recreation facilities (stadium with running track, Weimarhallenpark with Weimarhalle conference center, tennis courts, outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna) can be reached on foot in less than 4 minutes.

Information material and a nice landlord are included.

Parking spaces 3 min "Hermann-Brill-Platz" - possibly also on site.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit Liebe eingerichtet. Bad und Toilette sauber.Es gibt auch genug Geschirr und Besteck um einige Mahlzeiten zu essen.Problemfreies Einchecken, klare Regeln und gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt.

Alles super, der Check In war etwas holprig, aber der Vermieter ganz nett, zuvorkommend und schnell. Die Lage perfekt sehr zentrumsnah. Trotzdem ein ruhiger hübscher Garten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir hatten prima Wetter und konnten den Garten nutzen. Aus vorherigen Bewertungen erfuhr ich, dass keine Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel vorhanden sind. Wir haben Auflagen von zu Hause mitgebracht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Das Freibad direkt gegenüber.

Die Lage der FeWo war super. Es war alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Geschirr war etwas knapp bemessen für 4 Personen und könnte ggf. Aufgestockt werden. Das war aber das war aber der einzige Verbesserungspunkt, den wir hätten.

Weimar-Reise zum 90 sten Geburtstag

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem nahe am Zentrum von Weimar. Hilfreich wäre die Erwähnung der Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung bzw. auch Hinweise zur Barrierefreiheit. Ein Handlauf an den Außentreppen wäre sinnvoll. (wir waren 5 Erwachsene im Alter von 63 bis 90 Jahren......) Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind besonders für Familien mit Kindern empfehlenswert.

Gute Wohnung

Aufenthalt war schön, Wohnung in Ordnung, zentral gelegen, alles in der Nähe und doch fast in der Natur. Garten sehr schön - leider hat's an zwei von drei Tagen geregnet. Das kleiner der drei Zimmer war aber wohl nicht aktuell gereinigt (Spinnengewebe und Staub). Als störend empfand ich die Kommunikation mit der Agentur fewo direkt, ziemlich umständlich und viel Redundantes, bis man schließlich zu den relevanten Informationen kommt. Ich habe 14 E-Mails erhalten, um endlich die Wohnung beziehen zu können. Ich finde es auch als unangemessen, wenn ich Informationen erwarte und auf drei verschiedene Apps verwiesen werde, wobei die zentrale App massig Angebote zu vielen Ferienwohnungen macht, aber die eigentliche Information nur am Rande erscheint.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Wohnung am Schwanseebad verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und gleichzeitig sehr nah zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten Weimars. Wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Das gegenüberliegende Schwanseebad ist eine willkommene Erfrischung an heißen Tagen. Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung im Inserat. Beim Check-in gab es ein Problem, da uns die PIN nicht rechtzeitig, wie von FeWo-Direkt angekündigt, per Mail zugesandt worden war. Das Problem wurde aber seitens des Vermieters binnen 15 Minuten gelöst, so dass ich trotzdem fünf Sterne vergebe.

Ruhig und doch in der Stadt

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Alles notwendige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden Bei großer Sommerhitze haben wir nach unserem Besichtigungsprogramm besonders den Garten und das in ummittelbarer Nähe gelegene Freibad genossen.

Fijn huis

We hebben het goed gehad in dit huis. De foto’s van de slaapkamers op de site komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het was beter dan op de foto’s. Verder is Weimar een prachtige stad waar veel te zien is. Alles op loopafstand zorgde ervoor dat we een keer de auto hebben gebruikt om boodschappen te doen. We hadden goed weer en het huis bleef koel. Een aanrader!

Schönes Wochenende bei Kaiserwetter

Die FeWo liegt gut. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minnuten im Leben. Wir konnten alles fußläufig erreichen. Die FeWo war in Ordnung und sauber. Da wir nur zum Schlafen und Duschen dort waren, hatten wir keine besonderen Ansprüche. Wir hätten aber auch kochen oder Frühstück machen können. Was bequem war, war der Handtuch und Bettwäscheservice. Das macht es sehr einfach! Weimar sieht uns bestimmt wieder. Ein wunderschönes Städtchen. Daumen hoch!

Großzügige und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung am Schwansee sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche bot alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt als Selbstversorger braucht. Außerdem ist die Wohnung ungemein ruhig und verkehrsgünstig gelegen, trotzdem erreicht man die Innenstadt in wenigen Gehminuten. Die Wohnung ist für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Kommunikation, Check-In, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung - wirklich alles super und ansprechend, freundlich und vorausschauend organisiert. Wir durften sogar zwei tolle Fahrräder nutzen, die sich gerade beim heißen Wetter für weitläufige Besichtigungen und bei der Fahrt durch die herrlichen Parks bewährt haben. Wir haben sogar den Garten genutzt. Es war toll! Das Haus liegt zentral, direkt an Bushaltestelle, Freibad und Park - trotzdem ruhig, alles entspannt: Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!!!

Sehr gut durchdacht

Wir sind begeistert, was aus so einer Wohnung gemacht wurde. Hier waren wohl Architekten am Werke ? Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht, und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Zugang zum Garten finden wir ideal, er durchflutet das Haus mit Licht und im Garten kann man in aller Ruhe entspannen. Einfach wunderbar.

Sehr zentral und schön gelegen

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in Weimar. Die Unterkunft war dafür perfekt. Zweckmäßig und sauber ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Von dort fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft und den freundlichen Vermieter uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
