Residence a Weligama

“Good”

“Tolle Anlage, tolle Zimmer und fantastischer Service. Ganz besonderer Dank an Vishvi für die exzellente Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir kommen sicher wieder!”

“Tak for et rigtigt godt ophold. Det var flotte velholdte værelser og et meget hjælpsomt personale. Morgenmaden var rigtig god. Jeg fik også en skøn Sri Lankansk massage i deres wellness center. Kan klart anbefale stedet.”

“What an amazing place to stay. The views are gorgeous and staff is friendly. You will love your stay.”

“Our stay was amazing, the rooftop is the best. The food is really good and prepared with care. It’s a new hotel so obviously there are teething issues like- 1-There’s a hairdryer in the bathroom but no compatible input for its plug. 2- The gym machines even though new but are not maintained or cleaned regularly. 3- The charging point behind the bed can’t be reached cause of the headboard. These can be fixed easily so other than this the rooms are spacious and spotless. Pretty kid friendly too.”

“The Moose is such a special place! The host Ashan is a wonderful man. I felt so welcomed and safe and taken care of my whole stay. Room was big, immaculately clean, hot shower. Owner was also always on hand for questions and helped out with taxis etc. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Was sad to leave. ”

“Camera pulitissima, viene sistemata 2 volte al giorno. Personale gentilissimo e qualificato, cena spettacolare, colazione varia, medici competenti, servizio impeccabile, yoga e meditazione, piscina stupenda , trattamenti Ayurvedici da sogno,ti coccolano tanto. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti, abbiano già consigliato la struttura ad amici, ci ritorneremo volentieri... ”

“Amazing stay, with great and attentive staff. Beautiful property, which overlooks the ocean and you can watch the surfers whilst eating breakfast etc. Would recommend!”

“Best part of the experience Clean room and attentive staff. Areas for improvement Frequent electricity power cuts, wall plug sockets not designed optimally. Doesn’t include breakfast like most hotel at this price.”

“Nice beach front location. Relaxed friendly staff. Good food, bar and pool. Had a great stay.”

“Veldig bra beliggenhet like ved stranden. Hyggelig vertskap og fin leilighet. ”

“A really lovely beach side hotel in a quiet part of town. The staff were all very and welcoming. Definitely go for an Ocean view room if you can.”

“Great location and hotel design but terrible terrible terrible customer service because the hotel management is sorely lacking any systems to ensure a good stay. There are so many issues here - the staff don’t seem to care, drink and food orders never arrive, despite repeated requests and even the offers of free food from management to address the issues experienced didn’t arrive. Many customers are experiencing the same issues. Definitely not worth the cost, stay elsewhere! ”
