“This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The gentleman that checked me in was rude. The room was not clean. It smelled of smoke. The heating unit also smelled and was incredibly loud. The volume on the tv did not work. The towels were dirty. The ice machine was out of order. None of that truly mattered, as my reason for being there was to get a decent nights rest after 10 hours of driving. I was woken up at 130 am by a man and woman screaming at each other. It was a domestic dispute....

“The cleanliness of the room very unsat. The top of refer and shelves. Where dusty bad. You even see with the naked eye. The iron board was broken. Amenities need some repairs. Dishes dirty and only enough to feed two people. Would be nice too have some more utensils. Bathtube stopper did not work to take bath. Staff was friendly and courteous though. Said that if there was issues in our room. There where probably other rooms dirty too.
