“Room was spacious, bed really comfy, tea and coffee making facilities were there to use. We were in room no 1 and it was a lovely room at a very affordable price. Toyah was very chatty and explained everything to us. Cooked breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. All in all we had a great time and look forward to going back soon”

“Spectacular. property and location. We slept in the 16th century building. The room super big, with an amazing view on the British country side. Bathroom extrememelly specious and with a wonderful bath tub The location is just wonderful. immersed in the country side Absolutely perfect stay. 10 ++++++ ”

“Great staff, really nice and friendly to chat with and hang out in the pub. Cozy rooms but not small or claustrofobic like other "cozy" places are. Nice food and drink options in the pub too. Lovely quiet area to be in for a few nights. ”

“The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay”
