Large master bedroom downstairs with a comfortable king-size bed, huge TV, large walk-in closet, and luxurious ensuite with a free-standing bath and a large shower for two, a huge mirror with adjustable lighting and heating, create an unforgettable luxury atmosphere. French doors lead out to the pool area. The back patio allows for plenty of space to play with the kids, host guests, or create your own personalized paradise.

Overlooking from a fully remodeled with new appliances kitchen which features a giant island with crisp white quartz countertops and a wine cabinet, inside the courtyard with a pool & spa.

On the ground floor, there is a separate breakfast and dining area.

The living room with comfortable leather furniture for cozy evening gatherings in front of a 65-inch TV.

In addition, there is a separate area for work and relaxation with a desk, with a beautiful view from the window and a large corner leather sofa with a floor lamp.

Also on the lower floor, there is an additionally equipped separate bedroom with a queen bed and a comfortable mattress.

The top floor contains 4 full and cozy bedrooms with two separate bathrooms.

The house also has a built-in garage for 3 cars.

Large and beautiful Crane birds have been long-time residents in this neighborhood, well before homes were built here. You have an opportunity to enjoy their presence but please be respectful and considerate of their presence and sounds.

Other things to note

PETS
If the home is not indicated as pet friendly, DO NOT bring pets. Many homes have outside cameras and if a pet is seen or if our inspector finds evidence of a pet on your departure you will be asked to remove the pet and will be fined $500 for additional cleaning. Please be respectful of the owner's wishes regarding pets, often people have allergies or don't wish to have animals in their home.

If you were allowed to bring pets, you’re responsible to keeping the property clean of any hair, urine, and other signs of pet presence. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or the rugs and have to be in a crate if you’re leaving them alone. A lot of pets leave odor on the items. If we find any signs of pets on the items, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the item replacement.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Any other arrival time must be agreed upon prior to booking.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM or earlier.

PARTIES & EVENTS
At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate quiet hours 10pm-8am every day, no loud music, noise, or partying ever.
The territory is strictly supervised, any events or celebrations are prohibited, it’s only for family vacation and quiet enjoyment.

While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.
By booking our property you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

SMOKING & DRUGS
No smoking is permitted inside the property or in common areas. Smoking is permitted outdoors away from other people, but guests must dispose ash and cigarette butts properly. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors.
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.

POOL & SWIMMING
Our spa is not heated separately from the pool and has the same temperature as the pool at all times.
The pool heating temperature is set to 87 degrees from December till March. All other months the heating of the pool will be turned off. If you want to set the temperature higher (to 95 degrees) or if you need a heated pool from April to November there will be an additional fee in the amount of $50 per day.

There is no lifeguard on duty. The house, its owners, and agents of the property will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related, sea wall, lake, or dock accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. Swimming is not permitted in the canal as dangerous wildlife may be present.

SAME DAY RESERVATIONS
We require all reservations with the same day check-in to be made no later than 7 pm and at least 4 hours before the check-in time.

FINAL THOUGHTS
Please understand that these are not FPB rules, but the Owner, Community, Town and County strictly enforce these as will FPB. These rules are intended to ensure the harmonious existence between visitors and full-time residents. Violations will result in towing, ticketing and/or fines without warning during or after the stay.

Some homes have outdoor cameras to monitor guest violations in an effort to protect the homeowner's rights to continue to rent. Any tampering of these devices will result in guest fines.
