Cottage a Wellington Mill

“Well laid out. Great location. Exactly what we needed.”

“Very friendly staff. Loved the beautiful view of the ocean and enjoyed our wonderful walk on the beach. Room was clean and the washer dryer facilities were much appreciated.”

“It is not the most convenient- out of the immediate town. Had to wash dishes in an outside porch. No oven. Quirky set up but clean and tidy”

“The room was spacious and clean. It was in a great location, within walking distance of both the sea and the city. The staff were also kind. I would love to stay here again on a future trip.”

“Felt very secure”

“Issues with the air conditioner not working. Called to reception and we were advised to change to another room. The new room was better but still not cool. Cleaning was poor in the shower area with mould visible. Needs better maintenance. Breakfast is very overpriced for the offering.”

“Very quiet, as cars are not right outside units, so no loud guest conversations nearby, good location, nicely landscaped”

“Always a pleasure staying at the Lighthouse hotel. Friendly staff and good facilities.”

“Delightful house beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great location for exploring the Ferguson Valley and close enough to town to pop in to the bakery for coffee and croissants or fresh bread.”

“Absolutely loved our stay at Blackwood Valley Suites. Our tent and gazebo broke during the strong winds the night before and we didn’t know where else to go. Irwin was very accommodating and nothing was too much to ask. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud and the shower after a rough night in a tent was truly bliss. Plus it’s only a short drive from Balingup and Bridgetown. Beautiful scenery and just so peaceful. We will definitely be back!”
