  • Enjoy a sunny, elevated perspective at this second-floor condo in Wellington Manor for your next getaway to Southern Maine! Accessible by stairs, this charming retreat offers a private balcony where you can relax in the summer sun after a day of antique shopping. You'll have access to fantastic shared amenities, including a seasonal swimming pool, a pool table, and a playground for the kids. The unit features a full kitchen for home-cooked meals and shared laundry facilities to take care of your beach towels after a day at the shore.

    This quaint condo complex sits half a mile from the heart of Wells. You can spend your days kayaking and sunbathing at Drake's Island Beach (two miles east), strolling the peaceful nature trails at Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge (two miles northeast), or perusing dozens of antique shops on Wells' charming stretch of Route 1.

    Things to Know
    The community pool is closed from January through March and reopens in April. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM from April through August, and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM from September through December. Please note: pool availability and hours are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA and are not controlled by the management company.

I only stayed here a couple of days but I had a wonderful stay! The place was very cute and clean and it was super close to a bunch of great restaurants and venues. Definitely would come again and would suggest you do too!

Nice room with all the kitchen supplies needed to eat in. Ample bathroom space for more than one person to get ready. Screened in balcony was wonderful in the early morning and late evenings.

Pleasant, Comfortable and Quiet

Loved the little deck. Loved being set back from the main road and the landscaping was very nice. Liked being on the second floor. Overall it was a very comfortable place to come home to after a day of activities.

Sweet weekend

Loved tge accommodations. It was close to everything. The restaurants, mini golf, beach.... all of it. Trips to Nubble Lighthouse, Portland Head Light, Ogunquit, Old Orchard and Higgins beach. Also did an outlet outing. Thank you so much

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved the place. We were 3 adults and we had plenty of space. The only thing I would add is some pots/pans/fan above the oven. Otherwise, it was perfect, very quiet, well located, people were really nice on site. We would definitely go again!!

Perfect Wells Retreat

Great little condo rental right in the middle of town. We enjoyed the central location and easy access to Post Road and all of the action in Wells. Condo is a bit dated but most importantly was very clean and had all the necessities for a family of three to live and eat and be comfortable for a week plus. Plenty of towels and extra sheets which is always nice. Overall a solid little spot and would definitely return.

Clean, nice spot to stay

We came down for the weekend and wanted to find a place to stay like a hotel but with more of a kitchen. This unit was in a super convenient location and was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for 3 adults, but 4 probably would've felt a little bit cramped. The booking/check-in processes were simple and straightforward. We will definitely be back!

Good location: great for day trips

This property was sufficient. The kitchen table and screened patio were nice features as it is a studio with no living space. You may want to bring a power strip as finding outlets to charge multiple cell phones/watches/tablets was a challenge.

Great small unit

Bigger than expected. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Quiet property. We had the pool and sauna to ourselves. Nice to be able to make snacks and breakfast.

The property was very clean and everything provided as described. A tv channel guide would have been helpful along with info on where to put ur trash. We had to call Vacasa about garbage but finally found dumpster. A pull out sofa would be nice rather than two double beds. That way u have somewhere to relax besides a bed or kitchen chair.

Misleading post

Said it was on the first it was up a flight of stair and to most people that means its on the second floor, email sent to me stated unter amenities, said to check out the pool and hot tub and other things. We were very excited to be able to relax in the hot tub but there wasnt one. Its just a general message you send to everyone. Very confusing.
