Moody Beach Front Studio Cottage WIFI

Posizione incredibile, direttamente sulla spiaggia. Piccolo condominio monolocale indipendente (pensa a una piccola casa), uno dei sette conosciuti come Moody Sands Villas. Tutte le aree esterne sono ad uso comune di tutti e 7 i cottage. La nostra casa ha un nuovo interno con cucina completa, banconi in corian nel 'vetro della spiaggia' di colore, porta scorrevole in vetro con vista sulla sabbia e surf. Goditi un po 'di lusso in spiaggia. Letto a muro Murphy con materasso premium, lenzuola con 600 fili, coperte accoglienti e spalmabili in cotone. Sdraiati sul letto di notte e ascolta le onde che si infrangono proprio fuori dalla porta. Questa è la cosa più vicina ad avere un letto sulla spiaggia! Bagno completo con soffione a pioggia e asciugamani di lusso. Tutta la biancheria inclusa, anche teli mare. Moody Beach è una spiaggia privata riservata ai proprietari di case. Ha una bella polvere come la sabbia ed è poco profondo, semplicemente meraviglioso per i bambini. Due docce esterne fanno parte dell'associazione. Siamo situati vicino alla spiaggia di Ogunquit e alla via marginale. 2 sedie da spiaggia e boogie board forniti. Wifi gratuito Limitato a 3 occupanti, la struttura è non fumatori dentro e fuori (spiaggia)


Questo cottage fa parte di un'associazione con le seguenti regole. Non più di 3 occupanti compresi i bambini. Limitato a un posto auto. Non fumare all'interno o all'esterno per motivi di associazione tra cui la spiaggia di fronte al cottage. Non sono ammessi incendi in spiaggia. I periodi di silenzio sono dalle 22:00 alle 7:00.

A charming cottage with Murphy bed that worked well for us for a couple of nights. A gorgeous view through the front picture windows, with the beach and ocean directly in front of our place. We had a great time with many long walks on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage! You can’t beat the location- steps away from a private beach. So many excellent restaurants nearby. The cottage had everything we needed. The Murphy bed was comfortable and the shower had awesome water pressure. We look forward to another stay here !

Inconvenient cabin. Loveseat is to big for the room so when it is moved at night it blocks the door and makes it unsafe in case of an emergency!! 2 smaller comfortable chairs would work better!! Also the floor is very spongy and uneven!! Needs some tender loving care!

Property is very small but we knew that when booking. The ocean right out your door is the reason for staying here. Everything that you need to have the property had. We had a problem and the owner and her husband were very responsive and the issue was resolved the same day. We are looking forward to returning next year.

We loved being right on the beach!! We walked into Ogunquit each day and did the Marginal way. The cottage is small but well equipped and we were very comfortable. Great stay!!

It was a last minute trip I booked, the owner Deb was great with communicating with me about my concerns (not that there were many) just the fine details. Once I arrived I was amazed at the ease of finding the place, location of the cottage, the view and all the fine details of the cottage. I couldn’t have done anything to make it better. Friendly people on the beach, great walk to Ogunquit, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove! Felt cozy, welcoming and a very restful place to get away from life’s craziness. I definitely look forward to going again💜🙏

Very small but well appointed cottage on directly on the beach. You can watch the sunrise from the patio chairs or listen to the waves while you sleep. Beach walking can be done for about a mile in either direction and the beach is mostly private owners so never too busy. Note the parking spots are very small so don’t bring a pick-up or large SUV. If the stairs haven’t been fixed use caution! Very enjoyable experience, the proximity to the water here is key!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the cottage this past weekend. The cottage was very cleanly, property manager was responsive and great to work with, the location is breathtaking. It was the perfect couple’s getaway. Moody Beach is amazing, nothing beats the private beach. Highly recommend for couples or single individuals who would like a break from reality.

Another gorgeous year at Moody. These cottages are quite historic, loved learning more about them from the thoughtful neighbors and locals. If you like the beach it doesn't get better than this.

We loved staying at Deb’s cottage. It is just as pictured, and while it is tiny, it is well arranged and well stocked. The sounds of the ocean and the sunrise were perfect, and the beach was lovely. This was a perfect relaxing weekend!

We had an awesome weekend! We watched a glorious sunrise Saturday, enjoyed long walks on the beach, rode bikes into Perkins Cove and up to Wells Beach, gained two pounds eating out, and even enjoyed watching the ocean during the rain.

What a fabulous location….right on Moody Beach! Cottage was absolutely charming. The hostess was gracious, prompt & left not one thing to our imagination…from an easy check-in/out to where her favorite places were to dine out! We thoroughly enjoyed every second of this lovely oceanfront vacation. 💞💞💞
