The property features a full eat-in kitchen with gas range, a screened-in porch, two master suites on the second floor, a huge second-floor deck overlooking the ocean, three bedrooms on the main level (two twin beds in each), as well as a lower level with a bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom, family room, game room, and access to the backyard. There’s plenty to do in the house, including ping pong, foosball, and air hockey tables as well as an arcade machine in the game room, a piano in the living room, 4 TVs, and a whole-house sound system. The property also features a huge backyard with picnic tables, badminton/volleyball net, horseshoes, tether ball, and a putting green.

The house is a few minutes’ walk to the rocky shoreline and about a ten-minute walk/2-minute bike ride to your choice of two Wells beaches (Moody or Crescent). Moody Beach connects to Ogunquit Beach. The house is centrally located and is just a 10-minute drive to Ogunquit and 15 minutes to Kennebunkport.
