St Etheldreda's Cottage, restaurato con cura e presentato in modo impeccabile

Il nostro delizioso cottage è situato a 100m a piedi dalla pittoresca High Street con le sue boutique, mercati, siti storici e ristoranti. La proprietà è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2016 e presenta un mix eclettico di arredi vintage e contemporanei ad un livello molto alto. I proprietari puliscono personalmente e preparano la casa per ogni ospite per garantire che gli standard siano di altissimo livello, un pacco alimentare e dei fiori sono forniti per darvi il benvenuto. Molto dispiaciuto, ma non accettiamo cani.

La sistemazione comprende una cucina / sala da pranzo ben attrezzata al piano terra, un ampio salone con balcone Juliette al primo piano e una camera matrimoniale con bagno interno al secondo piano. Abbiamo un capanno per 2 biciclette / passeggini. E 'perfetto per coppie di tutte le età e c'è spazio per una culla da viaggio adiacente al letto (possiamo fornire culla e seggiolone) - è perfetto per romantici e culturali pause, osservazione della fauna selvatica @ riserve naturali, ciclismo / passeggiate e ha molto da offrire in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno.

Wir haben in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung eine wunderbare Woche verbringen dürfen. Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet mit unzähligen bezaubernden Details. Helen hatte uns auch bereits im Vorfeld mit vielen Informationen zu Anreise, Restaurants, Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und Wells geschickt, so dass wir uns bereits vor der Ankunft willkommen gefühlt haben. Perfect.

Absolutely perfect cottage. Great location, very clean, very comfortable, charming place. We stayed one week at the cottage and wish we could have spent another week. We enjoyed having a few nights staying in, the nice kitchen and wonderful sitting room made it easy to have dinner and relaxing evenings in. We enjoyed the nice garden space as well. The hosts are attentive and helpful. They provided us with useful information about Wells including, food, shopping etc. We would definitely stay again!

Good location in Wells, Somerset

We needed to be within close walking distance of the Cathedral for the whole week and this lovely cottage was ideally located in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from the City Centre. We were lucky to find free street parking close by. The property met all expectations and had recently been totally refurbished. Very helpful hosts who arranged early access for us. We would 100% recommend for any single person or couple who are able to manage living accommodation over three floors.

Pretty Oasis in Wells

Charming cottage with a lovely front garden down a little alley near everything Wells has to offer. Cottage is well equipped and includes lots of maps and information about the area. Excellent communication with Host.

As good as it gets

We have just returned from two weeks in St. Etheldreda's and it has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. We fell in love with Wells and its surrounding area and also the cottage which has been so brilliantly designed with guests' comfort in mind. Last but very much not least, Helen has been the perfect host - superb communication and real concern for our comfort. We were delighted to meet her and get her views on local attractions, restaurants etc. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Weeks stay at this beautiful cottage

This cottage is beautiful it has been restored beautifully, it is a perfect size for a couple with everything you could wish for and spotlessly clean. The owners were brilliant at keeping in touch and sending all the information required. Wells is a lovely city with a nice range of shops and restuarants. Parking can be a challenge although we managed to get a space everyday, however when you are parked you dont really want to lose your space by going outside of Wells in the evening, unless you are prepared to get a taxi.

Wonderful cottage, great location

St Ethelreda's is a beautiful place to stay, with extremely attractive decor and furnishings. The cottage is in a great central location making access to the city easy, but it is also tucked away so stays nice and quiet. The interior is fantastically kitted out and has everything you could possibly need. The exterior is old and beautiful. Parking is also no problem in the local streets. We were provided with a lovely welcome pack to get us started too which was great! We will definitely be back and highly recommend a stay here! Thanks very much Helen and Mark.

Wells "Mews" cottage

Wonderfully clean and well appointed property very close to the city centre. We loved the "mews" feel of the location which was remarkably free from traffic noise. Would definitely return next time we're down Somerset way. Helen & Mark were excellent owners who helped with lots of useful info of things happening in the local area.

Peace and quiet in Wells

Everything was top class, so much thought has been used in the fittings in this gorgeous cottage, even though it's a stone's throw from the centre, it is so peaceful and quiet.

Great Wells.

A lovely cottage, ideal even if you don't have a car ( like us). A short walk to the High Street,and bus station. The owners are also easy to have contact with, and very helpful. A great place to atay!

Wonderful Wells.

Our stay in the cottage exceeded all expectations. Mark and Helen are wonderful hosts who made such a comfortable and we'll appointed cottage you can't help but feel at home. The location could not be better....you are close to restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, and shopping not to mention the historical sites. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Wells.

Helen and Mark were wonderful hosts. There was plenty of information of places of interest, eating, and activities. The cottage is extremely well equipped, right down carrier bags for shopping. All these little things add up to the accommodation being ten out of ten. The rooms were exceptionally clean, decorated to the highest value, and there was an abundance of clean, white, soft linens.
