Un comodo accesso a Wells Beach è ciò che questo luogo di vacanza ha da offrire. La casa si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla bellissima Wells Beach. Attraversare la strada fino a Public Way che porta direttamente alla spiaggia. Questa casa vacanze è completamente arredata. La zona giorno dispone di una grande TV a schermo piatto con cavo. La casa è inoltre dotata di wifi. 5 camere da letto, 10 posti letto, 1 1/2 bagni, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina completa con frigorifero, piano cottura, forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e tutti gli utensili e stoviglie, grande terrazza, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Grande iarda. C'è un comodo parcheggio fuori strada per quattro auto. Una griglia è disponibile anche per i cookout estivi. Una doccia esterna bonus è disponibile anche per lavare via la sabbia della spiaggia. Situato in posizione strategica tra Kennebunkport e Ogunquit. Inoltre a pochi passi si trova il centro di Wells Beach con negozi, sale giochi, parco giochi, fermata del tram, ristorante e gelati. Negozio di alimentari, Sportello bancomat, Cinema. Siamo spiacenti, non fumare o animali domestici !! Porta le tue lenzuola e asciugamani

The house was the perfect spot for weekend away with easy access to the beach, coffee in the morning and an arcade and playground for the kids. With five bedrooms (each with a fan), we had plenty of space for the three couples and two sets of kids. The property had easy parking for four vehicles and a decent sized yard for the kids to run around. There was only a shower stall and no tub (which is noted in the photos) so if we stayed longer with the kids, that would've come into play, but all in all we really enjoyed our time.

Family Gathering

The location and size of the house was terrific. The reason for only four stars for overall rating and cleanliness is due to mold in the shower and musty smell in one of the bedrooms which made it not usable. Some of our family are allergic to mold and could not stay overnight. Originally we planned for 8, but only 5 could stay. We ended up having to find 2 hotel rooms. We would consider renting again if the mold and mustiness can be eliminated.

Great weekend in Wells

We had a great stay here. The home was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. Everyone slept well. We've been coming up to Wells Beach for years staying at Marlin court, the oxcart and The Bellevue by the sea, so we felt right at home and also remembered all the good times from the past.. Thanks for the great weekend and hopefully we can stay here again in the future.

Spacious Rental Two-Minute Walk to Beach

My family has been coming to Wells Beach for decades and found this cottage to be a good option for our recent week during peak season. There were five of us--all adults. To help make this unique property even better for future renters, here is a summary of pros and a few challenges--most of which can be remedied: Pros: lots of room for people to spread out and have their own space when needed; big spacious kitchen and recently remodeled bathrooms; full-size washer and dryer; large deck; large yard and ample parking; absolutely no musty-ness; nice new pine panel boards in several rooms; bright and airy in most rooms Challenges: no dishwasher; grill was in poor shape; some deck furniture cracked and no patio table for eating outdoors; could use some easy upgrades such as reading lamps in bedrooms and hooks for towels and clothes in bedrooms; some furniture needs replacement; only one key provided (lockbox was hard to use for my older parents) Thank you to Joel and fellow owners--it's clear to see that you're committed to your special property at beautiful Wells Beach!

Perfect family spot

Ideal location, short walk across Atlantic Ave to public way 1 entrance to beach and to village shops, a few restaurants, and arcade. Home was quirky as it obviously has been added onto over the years, but very clean and kitchen and bathroom have been recently updated. Family members each felt like they had their own space and privacy. Great to have laundry during our stay as well. TV was a little hard to figure out and we had to download an app because the remotes wouldn’t work, but that was a small hiccup in a great stay. Our kids age 1-5 all loved it and we’d love to stay again someday!

Wells Beach Stay

Close walk to the beach, plenty of room to spread out . Nice modern kitchen. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Loved having a washer & dryer. Loved the hammock & out door shower. Would love to go back
