“I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The toilet and bathroom looked old and unclean, and the overall cleanliness was very disappointing. The air conditioner was outdated, dirty, and did not appear to have been maintained. Most of the appliances and furniture were also very old and worn out, making the stay uncomfortable. “We checked in at 8pm after a day in the heat. Our room was 90 degrees even though the staff said their notes said the air conditioner was on. The staff also mentioned that the room should cool off in an hour. We couldn't sleep in the temperature of the room. We had an awful night.
