Hotel a Welton le Marsh

“I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. Wasn’t enough hot water to fill the bath at night, but that could be due to...

“Great place, often stay there”

“Lovely Hotel, staff very good and rooms comfortable. Only complaint was it was a Saturday night and they shut the pub at 10.40pm when we had come back and wanted a drink and as a resident have never been refused even after closing time of 11pm let alone before and thought was very poor service.”

“Very clean with welcoming staff. Breakfast had an excellent choice and cooked meal was outstanding. We also had an evening. Meal with friends and this was also excellent with a good choice of food. Our room had everything one could need.”

“Great little stay, great amenities”

“Room and private bathroom was very clean, had a lovely hot shower, staff was polite and helpful, parking was not a problem at all”

“From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the owner was very polite, helpful and welcoming and tentative. This is the 1st time we have stayed in this establishment and I will wholeheartedly recommend Northdale to everyone. The price is reasonable, the breakfast you receive is more than adequate. Fantastic location to the beach and town. No problems with parking. I would definitely recommend the deluxe suite as its the largest room in the whole hotel. There is a separate living room area...

“A picturesque cottage and garden with very clean, well appointed modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful.”

“I would rate this as at the very best 2 star”

“Great value, great location, friendly team, very helpful, this is my second stay here and I will definitely return.”

“Lack of staff you have to phone a number to talk to someone and there was no breakfast like it said bed and breakfast otherwise it was ok it had a nice shower”

“It's in a good location, poor hygiene levels, bed bugs, cold in Autumn/winter, damp in bathrooms/not very well ventilated, the hotel needs pest control and a spruce up with new carpets, beds & mattresses, need proper cleaners, the shower step is too high especially for disabled people.”

“Well when i got their they said I didn't booked a lodge, they placed me and my mrs upstairs bare in mind my fiance as got physical disabilities where she struggling to walk up stairs, the staff wasn't engaging with us, and left us to defend our self's, would never recommend anyone to go to this site”

“I had a very nice three night stay here. Comfortable bed and bathroom, nice breakfast and indeed bar and dinner, helpful and efficient staff and plenty of parking. I will be back for a couple of nights next spring, and will also try other hotels in the chain.”

“We stayed for just one night, staff very helpful in arrival. Room 12, quite compact but just about big enough, on suite was also compact but useful, clothes shelving was very dusty and marked a dark blue top and the mattress was well past its sell by date, could feel straight through it so no good for bad backs or metal hips! Kettle was a plus after a long journey and it was very quiet throughout the night, we would stay again but a better room.”
