“The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!”

“I bought 3 rooms and I paid $264 per room for one night. I thought since it was a Wyndham it should be pretty nice. The bathrooms in all three rooms were dirty. One bathroom actually had hair trimmings on the countertop and the floor was a puddle of water. Maybe cleaned in a rush. It seemed like they may have recently been renovated rooms so that was good. The building was in poor condition. The pool looked nice but the caretaker of it put chemicals in it after it was opened for the morning so...

“Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel is beaultiful and the courtyard is a lovely place to sit and relax/mingle. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. Water pressure and tempt in the shower leave you wanting more, towels are really thin and they barely give you enough for one person so be sure to ask for extra. There are no phones in the rooms so if you need anything you have to go downstairs. The vending machines were not working during our stay and the market in the lobby was not fully stocked...

“Un gioiello nel mezzo del nulla !!! Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...
