"Nice place in fabulous location, room was just OK - no real closet. No ice machine, had to call twice for ice. Valets (parking attendants) didn’t help unload luggage when we arrived nor load it when we departed. I’m 75 w 5 spinal fusion surgeries. Won’t stay there again, very disappointed"

"Great location. Staff was great and very friendly. Food at the restaurant was really good. The hotel itself is dated and a little worn which is pretty standard in Colorado mountain towns. It was clean and amenities were good. Enjoyed our stay except for the smoke in town from the fires, but nothing ..."
