“Nice and quiet I stayed 2 weeks only had issue with housekeeping once with cleaning completely, they have certain days they clean weekly stays. I informed front desk and it was handled ”

“Not as pictured. Had to ask for another room. Stains on the tiny, vinyl like, sofa and really uncomfortably decorated. Bed was clean enough to sleep in and seemed on the newer side. Seems like they are slowly renovating and maybe we got an old room? Bathroom was really old and overall, the room was sparse and worn down. Breakfast was inedible, coffee was sub par. Will not stay there again”

“The staff were extremely helpful for our stay. They had answers to all our questions about colleges in the area. I will stay here again for our next visit. The hotel is good, room was just what we needed. The shower was tricky the first time but I figured it out. You really can't get a better staff at the front desk.”

“The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. ”

“I wish the trash was picked up daily as well as the replenishment of toilet/ tissue paper and making sure there are clean towels.”
