“The hotel is in a serene location. The staff, Mr. Jim, was professional and welcoming. This is my second time staying at the hotel because its location near Mount Holyoke College. The hotel was very nice with spacious and clean room. The breakfast was nicely set up of protein (eggs and ham or sausages), carbs (pancakes or french toast sticks, potatoes), fruits and an area of beverage machine and bread. I liked the hotel has a gym and pool with hot tub which operates from 8am-10pm. There...

“We had to come for a tough family trip and a funeral. Despite the hotel forgetting to come do turndown service for the three nights we were there, we had a great trip. Service was great and the facilities were in great shape. They ran out of blankets and towels one night and the manager was so sorry and grabbed some pool towels for us! ”

All the amenities you could think of, just in case you may have forgotten something. The quiet and serene nature of the property was beautiful, and I am so happy we chose to stay here. “Perfect for a quiet, weekend getaway. We went to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and brought our dog, Ollie. Ollie's a very timid and nervous guy, but he felt very comfortable here. We went during the winter, but would be interested in returning in the summer because there seems to be a lot of outdoor activities (white water rafting, fishing, hiking). ”
