Ultimately the unexpected charge did not break the bank, but I don't like booking a reservation with the promise of one rate and, once checking into the hotel, being forced to pay additional amount. ”

“We booked our 'deluxe' room based on Expedia positive reviews but I have nothing nice to say about this hotel... When we arrived there was no one at the front desk, and when got to our room it was freezing so we put on the heater which was very loud through the night... In addition, the walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors word for word and footsteps over my head late night and starting at 5am, plus the garbage trucks at 6am. “I do not like the layout of the suites: - the sink is in the bedroom (no separating door) - even though there is a separate living/office/kitchen room, it does not communicate with the restroom. So, to get to the restroom, you have to pass through the bedroom. I booked this room with the idea that my husband can wake up early and work, while I can sleep a bit more. Clearly, that was not possible.”
