“Hair dryer was nowhere to be found (but holder was still on the wall.) When checking in to my room, I found raisins on the desk chair (which had badly torn seat.) If it wasn't so late, I would have let left. Front desk staff were NOT available during stated hours. A neighbor in a nearby room locked himself out of his room accidentally and we both tried calling for assistance, to no avail. (At that point I REALLY wish I had left!)”

“This is my second time staying at this hotel, as I try to visit the Berkshires at least once a year. I absolutely love it and plan to stay here whenever I return. The property is charming, with beautifully designed rooms and a cozy, inviting lobby. The rooms are stocked with Santal products, which is a nice touch. Upon check-in, guests are offered fresh water and tea, making you feel welcome right away. The hotel also has its own restaurant and bar, both of which stay open fairly late. One...

“I enjoyed relaxing by the firepit. The only thing that could of made it a better stay would be free breakfast or at least coffee and tea. They have a Starbucks and area where you can purchase items but it was more like self serve and pay at reception desk.”
