“ When we arrived at the hotel, the area was indeed full of homeless people. We decided not to stay, canceled our reservation, and left. We contacted Expedia, and they reached out to the hotel and processed a refund for us.”

“Lovely property! Easy parking and code access to the building and the room. The room was so cute and the bed was comfortable. Staff was so kind!”

“The motel is perfect for tourists travelling by car since parking is very easy. Free breakfast is available in the morning. Large rooms and nice staff people. The Motel is 5 minute driving from the town center of North Adam. There is a restaurant nearby, or you need the car to reach the town centre. ”

“The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. ”

“Beautifully modernized Inn. Well maintained and very clean. The entire check in/out process was smooth, hot tub was easy to use, and the room was impeccable. 100% recommend to anyone. For the skiers/boarders, they even have a whole room with boot dryers, no more resorting to hair dryers! ”

“This was a last minute find and I would definitely recommend it. The staff were very kind, the room was really nice. We were there in early Spring, so i suspect the grounds were not as pretty as they will be in a few weeks. ”

“Only issue is there was nowhere to hang anything and the room was very small. Room was clean, comfortable and bathroom was well-appointed. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and super easy access to Mt. Snow. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“This is one of the best country inns we ever tried: charming, cozy and friendly. The atmosphere is authentic and warm, as are the owners. The country and the woods surrounding are great, even the breakfast is excellent! We loved the room and also the sitting room, full of beautiful books.”

“The stay was very comfortable and accommodating. Very clean and smelled amazing. Owner was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Upon arrival, I was greeted with cold beverages and while checking out I was greeted with breakfast. Stayed here because of the close proximity to a work function, but will come back with the wife for leisure. Thank you. ”
