Located in the well-known "Marina Wendtorf" recreational and yacht marina, the Scandinavian-style "Ferienhaus Sonnenblume" semi-detached home—situated in the second row—offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea vacation on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 4 adults, the 68 m² vacation home spans two floors and features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace, and the highlight: a dry sauna.

The first floor features two bedrooms. One of them has two single beds pushed together (180x200 cm combined), and the other has two single beds (90x200 cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have windows that can be blacked out. Also located on the first floor: the bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and dry sauna.

On the first floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers ample seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times. The outdoor area at
features seating, a patio umbrella, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill. There is also a free parking space right next to the house. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the sea. Your dog is welcome.

Fiber-optic Wi-Fi with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s is available throughout the house.

A handy addition to your stay is the self-service mini-laundromat, where you can wash and dry your laundry on your own daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
