This beautifully furnished vacation home offers you the comfortable living space you need for a relaxing vacation across two floors.<br><br>On the first floor, you’ll find a high-quality kitchenette with a solid natural stone countertop, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, and an oven.<br>The modern living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a dining area for four people, invites you to relax while enjoying the view of the beautiful garden. Entertainment in the living room is provided by a 43-inch (109 cm) LED flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a radio with Bluetooth connectivity, and free Wi-Fi.<br><br>Relaxing outdoors is made possible on the south-facing terrace in a comfortable beach chair (approx. April–October) or on one of the other seating or lounging areas. The first floor is completed by the modern guest restroom, which opens off the hallway.<br><br>The room in the basement, featuring a double bed (L 200 x W 180 cm), a 43-inch (109 cm) LED flat-screen TV, and ample storage space, ensures a comfortable night’s sleep during your vacation. The basement features a shower room and an additional restroom, each located in separate rooms. The shower room is equipped not only with a rain shower but also with a washer-dryer for longer stays. For our younger guests, a travel crib (L 120 x W 60 cm) and a high chair are also provided.<br><br>Of course, a parking space is available in front of the residence.<br><br>This is a non-smoking apartment. However, pets are welcome.
