A wide, easy-to-navigate staircase with a handrail leads you to the first floor. <br><br>Here you’ll find the <br>living/kitchen/dining area: a light-filled and spacious living room with a sofa corner, armchair, and TV. The sofa is a sleeper sofa that, when extended, provides a sleeping surface measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m and accommodates a third person. The dining area, featuring a corner bench, is perfect for enjoying meals with friends and family. The semi-open, country-style kitchen is well-equipped. Built-in cabinets on this floor provide ample storage space. <br><br>From this room, you can access the furnished south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun almost all day long.<br><br>Bathroom: Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, and window.<br><br>Another easily accessible staircase with a handrail leads to the attic:<br><br>Bedroom 1: Double bed, storage closets, TV, and window.<br><br>Location: This vacation rental is centrally located and close to the beach in Wenningstedt. Eine sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Den Balkon konnten wir Ende Oktober leider aufgrund des Regens nicht nutzen, aber durch die Südseite ist das gemütliche Wohnzimmer schön hell. Das Schlafzimmer ist im Spitzdach, das muss man wissen, uns hat es nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, es war herrlich, den Wind und Regen zu hören. Sehr gute Betten. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Eine entzückende Wohnung über 2 Ebenen. Es ist alles da , was man braucht. Das Schlafsofa in dem gemütlichen Wohnbereich ist von bester Qualität und im Nu aufgebaut. Der Balkon ist groß genug für 4 Personen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt.Strand , Bäcker und Bushaltestellen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar . Wir waren das zweite Mal dort. Wer weiß, vielleicht ja auch nicht das letzte Mal. Susann im Oktober 2025

Die Wohnung hat durch ihre Aufteilung in 2 Etagen,- unten wohnen, Küche und Bad, oben schlafen einen besonderen Charme und wirkt so großzügig. Die Ausstattung ist gut und funktional und dennoch mit vielen geschmackvollen Details liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch der Balkon bietet zusätzliche Möglichkeit für einen schönen Ausklang des Tages! Leider liegt Dias Haus doch sehr nahe an der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße!

Eine schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung auf zwei Etagen ist gut gelungen. Das Schlafzimmer im Spitzdach hat Charme, hier mussten wir uns ein wenig verbiegen wegen der Schräge. Uns hat dies nicht gestört, im Gegenteil. Die Austattung ist gut und funktionell. Durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße (war vor dem Buchen bekannt) haben wir hier einen Stern abgezogen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
