We came earlier to enjoy the beautiful montains and the absolutely charming and friendly Garmisch Partenkirchen. Lots of great food, second hand shops where we found great deals on trachtenmode. Everything was walkable with picturesque backgrounds. Even made friends with some licals and learn some bayrisch ( im a swabian living in usa) only thing we missed in the appartment was a iroon and a ironboard, we...

“The house is not in the centre of Grainau but in a congested street. It is not a typical mountain house. The kitchen wasn't clean and the electrical appliances were old, tv too. There isn't any internet connection (we are in 2016!!!) The bus arrives every half hour/hour closely to the house but you have to wait for the connecting train. Trekking paths are not well signed.”

“This is a beautiful apartment located in the historic area on Ludwigstrasse. It has all the amenities you need and also has off street parking. The only negative was there were no instructions on how to open or close the garage door. (you need to pull the black strap that’s hanging inside the garage). Once the car is parked you can walk to many restaurants and shops.”

“I have to say I was extremely pleased with the property. It was clean, so very convenient to the Garmisch area and relatively quiet. The host was most pleasant, answered questions before our stay, during our visit and even after we had checked out! She handled everything beautifully. I walked every day into Garmisch and would have a cappuccino and croissant. It is also within walking distance to the ski area and the train up to the Zugspitze.
