Spacious 3-room apartment for up to 4 people. First floor: Living/dining room with modern kitchenette. Microwave and dishwasher, 4-burner stainless steel stove with oven and range hood, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, egg cooker, and electric kettle. 2 solid-wood bedrooms,
bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 terraces (south and southwest-facing) with a garden and patio furniture, small grill and umbrella, separate bike storage room, high chair, iron and ironing board, window screens. No pets, please (due to allergies).
The flooring in the bathroom and living area consists of tiles with underfloor heating.
The bedrooms have vinyl flooring.

House Viera, newly built in 2006, features four 3-room apartments. The vacation apartments are very high-quality, comfortable, and generously furnished. The sunny and quiet south-facing location promises a relaxing vacation. The spacious terraces and balconies are equipped with patio furniture and a parasol. The assigned parking spaces are located directly in front of the building. Each apartment has a lockable bike shed where you can store your own bicycles, e-bikes, etc.

The guest house, with its well-maintained mini-golf course, and the wildlife park, home to rare and endangered animal species, are located in the immediate vicinity. The spa facilities, bakeries, and restaurants are also just a few minutes’ walk away. We highly recommend using the Kneipp facility (free for holders of the Nordsee Service Card).
