“Al momento della prenotazione , il soggiorno prevedeva pernottamento e coazione . Questa era l’offerta presente su Expedia . In hotel invece hanno fatto pagare colazione . Non prenoterò più su expedia ”

“Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...

“Staff were amazing. I lost my phone with all my credit cards, I had no money to pay for city taxes which was due on arrival, they let me stay without paying until I figure out my lost phone situation. They helped me make phone calls to ariva the lost and found company to report lost phone and followed up on the status. They are very helpful, and I am thankful. Thank you so much!”
