“Als ich das Zimmer betrat, war es furchtbar. Die ganze Nacht war Wasser aus der Toilette getropft, es war ohrenbetäubend laut, ich konnte nicht schlafen. An der Rezeption war niemand, an dem ich das Problem melden konnte. Erst am Morgen kam jemand, um es zu reparieren. Die gesamte Rezeption stand unter Wasser. Ich musste das Hotel verlassen und in ein anderes umziehen.”

“I arrived 4 hours before and wanted to drop my lugagge in the hotel to be able to have lunch in the mall. It was extremely hot and my lugagge was heavy to carry around. They just "don't have a service to keep the lugagges". Which I really have never seen before! They offered me the earlier checkin instead for an additional price. I have never seen this in my life, in any hotel, simple hotels and expensive hotels. They all have the service. We cannot all fit in in the checkin time of 15:00 all...
