“Needs a remodel BAD! Old carpeting, fixtures, poor security locks (electronic keys worked poorly, back entrance lock inoperative & was NOT locked at all). The property was poorly kept up and dirty. Thankfully it seemed to be a decent neighborhood. We were constantly killing little black flies in washroom area/toilet - gross. Moldy around the bathtub. Shower outlet nozzle (supposed to adjust) was non adjustable and stuck on a high powered stream. I would not want to try the indoor pool if...
