The room heating/cooling system was not affective. The pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress gave myself and my husband a bad back in the morning. The shower pressure was also terrible. The room was dated.

Sandman Signature Newcastle Hotel
I would like to say this is almost good 3.75 stars. The room although on appearance good there were a number of issues albeit minor that over the duration of the stay was a let down considering the upgrade we had paid for. The carpet was frayed, cups were dirty a their was only a water glass each ...

Onestamente avevo aspettative più alte. Le camere al piano terra sono molto buie e la mia affacciava su una zona usata dal personale per la gestione della biancheria (quindi zero privacy, dovevo tenere le tende sempre tirate).
