“I was on the ground floor and had to complain three times about the people above me, I actually thought the hotel was undergoing construction at one point as it was so loud. People I was on zoom meeting with could even hear it and it was impossible to sleep some nights. “The staff was very sweet but did feel I may have been a bit of a bother when I called front desk at night. The rooms were renovated but not completely, a bit of a miss matched between room and bathroom.
The bathroom was a little on the gross side, towel hanger was missing and only showed nails. Front area needs a renovation, I am sure the employees would appreciate it.
