“I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance. I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have....

“Of course the view was stunning. All staff members encountered were pleasant and helpful. They are really service oriented which is much appreciated. I believe these folks treat the guests the way they would want to be treated when spending hard earned $$. The room itself had everything necessary for a 4 day stay even a little shelf of books. The only con is the lack of soundproofing. One night I became concerned with a loud conversation adjacent to or above me. I was on the verge of calling...
