“After I went there, I tried to call the hotel as this is a place without a reception. No one attended the call but I got a message asking for my First name and Last name and my mobile number. I sent the details. I got a reply that the hotel is overbooked due to technical error and that my booking is cancelled. They just left me on the road. I had to make urgent arrangements.”

“Place was fine for the price, staff were nice and helpful, and the place was close to where I needed to be. But the rooms felt like they hadn’t been touched up in year. Good for the price they are asking for.”

“Poor management and customer service stood in the front office for almost an hour before the clerk woke up to check me in”

“We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night.”

“This was a terrible experience...I expected a Wyndam experience to be better than what I experienced. Dissatisfaction listed below 1. The room had a smell that was not pleasant. 2. The microwave did not work. 3. One bed was made with wet sheets 4. The bathroom had a huge puddle on the floor from an unknowm source. 5.
